TCA offers a pleasant opportunity to blend the game of chess with a reason to vacation and travel to Africa’s most exotic destinations while also supporting socio-economic empowerment through community-based tourism. We advocate for sustainable tourism, which serves the demands of today’s tourists, the tourism industry, and host communities without jeopardizing future generations’ ability to fulfill their own requirements.

In our quest of sport leisure, we try to achieve the following objectives:

How it Works

  • Every quarter, we conduct a four-day international chess tournament at a specially chosen exotic tourism site in Africa.
  • We invite like-minded chess enthusiasts from all around the world to come and play in the various categories of basic, intermediate, and advanced chess.
  • We collaborate closely with the local population and initiate community-based activities that promote sustainable development principles and values.
